Attendee Responsibility
All attendees are required to adhere to the event's Code of Conduct. This includes respecting others, avoiding harassment, and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
⚠️ Violations of the Code of Conduct may lead to removal from the event without refund.
Registration Details
Tickets are Non-Refundable
All tickets purchased are final and non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
There are no penalties for no-shows, but we encourage attendees to inform us in advance if they are unable to attend.
Event Liability
Event Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the ticket price will be reimbursed to the original payment source.
Limited Liability
Delhi Dreamin' 2025 and its organizers are not liable for:
- •Personal injuries or accidents occurring during the event.
- •Actions or behaviors of third parties.
- •Any unauthorized or harmful activities by attendees. All participants must follow the Code of Conduct.
Miscellaneous
Event Schedule
The event schedule and sessions may be subject to change. Updates will be shared through official channels.
Media Consent
By attending, you consent to the use of your image and/or voice in photos, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.
Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. The organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Age Requirement
Attendees under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
