Code of Conduct
Delhi Dreamin' is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff. We expect all participants to adhere to the following Code of Conduct.
Our Principles
Be Respectful and Considerate
Treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of their gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal characteristic.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Refrain from any form of harassment or discrimination. This includes but is not limited to: sexual harassment, bullying, stalking, and discriminatory language or behavior.
Mindful Communication
Be mindful of your language and behavior. Avoid using offensive language, making inappropriate jokes, or engaging in any behavior that could be construed as disrespectful or intimidating.
Respect Privacy
Respect the rights and privacy of others. Do not share any personal information about other attendees without their consent.
Engage Respectfully
Be an active listener and engage in respectful dialogue. Value diverse perspectives and opinions, and strive for constructive and respectful communication.
Follow Venue Guidelines
Follow all venue rules and regulations. Adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the venue staff.
Reporting Violations
We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone at Delhi Dreamin'. If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report it to a member of the event staff immediately.
We are committed to investigating all reports of misconduct and taking appropriate action.
